Surface Preparation

For optimal results, the cement-plastered surface must be:

• Slightly rough, dry, and clean
• Free from dust, grease, oil, or dirt
• Leveled with the required slope, as no adjustments are possible during acid-proof lining

Mortar / Cement Preparation

Mixing Ratio: 1 part Solution to 3 parts Powder (may vary slightly based on temperature and conditions)

Steps:

• Thoroughly stir the Solution
• Add Powder gradually to the Solution in a mixing pan
• Mix with a trowel or spatula until uniform
• Prepare small batches to use before setting begins
• Consume all Mortar / Cement from the pan before preparing a new batch
• Discard any Mortar / Cement that starts to set; do not attempt to re-mix

Application Process

• For bedding, apply Mortar / Cement evenly to the back and sides of bricks or tiles, pressing to remove excess
• For jointing, fill joints completely to avoid air pockets
• Ensure the area remains dry and free from traffic or water during curing
• Use a trowel for precise application and alignment

Curing Process

• Initial Set: 10 hours at 30°C
• Final Set: 24–48 hours at 30°C
• Full Cure: 7 days at 30°C
• Protect from water exposure during curing to ensure maximum strength

Storage

• Solution: 12 months shelf life at 30°C (±2°C)
• Powder: 6 months shelf life at 30°C (±2°C)
• Store in a cool, dry, shaded area in original, unopened containers
