Clean the substrate thoroughly, removing dust, grease, or loose particles. Ensure the surface is level and structurally sound to provide a stable base.Inter Lining Coating
Apply a coat of Epoxy Resin and coaltar based primer coating, having mixing ration of Resin : Coaltar = 1:2 on RCC surface.Mortar / Cement Selection
Use acid-resistant Mortar / Cement or epoxy-based adhesives formulated for chemical-resistant applications to ensure strong bonding and corrosion resistance.Laying Bricks
Apply a uniform layer of Mortar / Cement and place the bricks in a staggered pattern for enhanced stability. Use spacers to maintain consistent joint widths (typically 2-4 mm).Pointing
